If your membership is upgraded by one tier, you must advance to the next tier within 12 months from the upgrade date. Failure to meet the next tier’s requirements within 12 months may result in restrictions on maintaining your current tier or a downgrade.
Your tier is determined by your activity (point accrual, redemption, purchase counts, etc.) during a calendar year and is applied to the following year’s membership tier. For example: If you reach the Gold tier in November 2023, you will enjoy Gold benefits through the end of 2023 and for all of 2024. To continue receiving Gold tier benefits in 2025, you must re-qualify (by meeting the required points/conditions) during 2024. If you fail to re-qualify, your tier will be adjusted at the beginning of 2025.
Points Expiration
If there is no record of earning or redeeming points for 12 consecutive months, all accumulated points will automatically expire.
The expiration date is calculated from the point at which you last stopped earning or redeeming points.
Coupon & Benefit Validity Period
All issued coupons and benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and will automatically expire once that period ends.
Extensions are not allowed, so please make sure to use them within the validity period.
Restrictions on Points & Benefit Usage
Points, coupons, and benefits cannot be refunded for cash or transferred to another individual.
Certain discounts, promotions, or events may not be combined with other offers. Please refer to the relevant event announcements for details.
If multiple tier advancements occur simultaneously through accrual activities, only one upgrade gift (Rewards Gift Package) corresponding to the highest achieved tier will be issued.
