MAMAMOO to Reunite in 2026 with New Album and World Tour

MAMAMOO Sets Sights on a Full-Group Comeback and Global Tour in 2026

Solar, Moon Byul, Whee In, and Hwa Sa are reuniting—officially. The powerhouse quartet is preparing a full-group comeback with a new album slated for June 2026, marking their first group release in nearly four years. Alongside the album, the group is mapping out a world tour that will kick off with concerts in Korea before expanding to global stops.

RBW shared that MAMAMOO is actively working toward the comeback and tour plans, signaling a high-impact return for one of K-pop’s most acclaimed vocal groups. Since their 12th mini album “MIC ON” in October 2022, the members have pursued successful solo and unit projects, further sharpening their artistry and star power ahead of this reunion.

Debuting in 2014 with the soulful “Don’t Be Happy,” MAMAMOO quickly rose as genre-fluid performers known for airtight harmonies, dynamic live stages, and a confident, jazz-and-R&B-infused sound. Their upcoming group album is set to usher in a new chapter, amplifying anticipation for fresh music, bold concepting, and the kind of stage mastery only MAMAMOO delivers.

Why This Comeback Matters

  • A landmark reunion: Nearly four years since their last group release, the quartet is back in full force.
  • Tour-ready impact: A world tour starting domestically suggests upgraded production, expanded setlists, and fresh unit-to-group transitions.
  • Vocal excellence: Expect layered harmonies, live-band moments, and the signature performance confidence that defined their rise.

What We’re Watching For

  • Concept direction: Will they lean into retro-soul swagger, experimental pop, or a darker performance-led concept?
  • Setlist design: Potential for fan favorites reimagined with new arrangements alongside brand-new tracks.
  • Unit and solo spotlights: Seamless integration of each member’s solo growth into a cohesive group narrative.

MooMoos, it’s almost time. MAMAMOO’s 2026 comeback and world tour are shaping up to be a statement return—bold, polished, and built for the stage. Sound off with what you want to see from the new album and which cities you’re hoping make the tour map.

Comments

  • I wish there was a way for fans with normal incomes to afford to see them live. It seems like supergroups like Mamamoo always sell-out in minutes to scalpers who resell them for obscene profits. And then there’s the devil incarnate: Ticketmaster. If they perform in Seattle, The Paramount Theater is the ideal venue for them. But I moved out of there after the city went full Woke Wetiko. I’d love to see them at The Lensic Performing Arts Center in Santa Fe but it seems that supergroups like Mamamoo never come to New Mexico, so I’m not holding my breath.

  • Don’t forget Canada and especially the UNESCO World Music Cityof London Ontario which is halfway between Toronto and Detroit. Home of Canada’s first Hard Rock Hotel, and The Canada Life arena which can hold 10.2k mumus for round stage and 9k mumus for end stage. There is Amazing Korean and Canadian food to be had. Many Canadians refuse to travel to the U.S. right now, so don’t leave us alone. Please come to Canada.
