First time order and experience with Soojib
This was my first time ordering from Soojib and it was a preorder and i’m honestly so happy with my whole experience from placing my order to now receiving my order!! I preordered SKZ Karma (Accordian ver) album with pob. I was able to choose the member (which not a lot of other websites do esp korean websites which i usually order from) I chose Bang Chan ver as he’s my no.1 in Skz 🥰 and not only was i able to choose his ver of the album but also a pob of choice which most other websites never do (also there was quite few options to choose from too!!) I chose Makestar pob as i had already seen the previews for this pob and i really wanted the cowboy bang chan pc 🤠😍 and was hoping i would get it and i actually did in fact get it!!! Couldn’t believe my luck!! I’m sooo happy!!! Thank you Soojib!! ❤️
I do want to say though that there was some delay in between preordering and receiving my album but i’ve still given 5 stars because Soojib were communicative about this delay and emailed me twice about it and clarified what was going on (which the delay was not in their control and was due to their supplier) which i really appreciated!! Also shipping was so cheap and the album itself was such a good price too!! And once my album was shipped it came quick!! And was packaged well and in prefect condition too!! I love the album (I got hannie & felix pcs in the album 🥹🥰) and the cowboy bang chan pob so much!!! Thank you Soojib!! ❤️Oh and my name written in Korean with a heart next to it on the thank you card was such a cute & lovely touch that made me smile!! 🥹🥹 I will be 100% ordering from Soojib again and soon too!! 🥰❤️
