Chapter one · 2018 to 2020

TREASURE series: the crew sets sail

ATEEZ debuted on 24 October 2018 with 'Treasure EP.1: All to Zero', led by the double title 'Pirate King' and 'Treasure'. From the very first beat the identity was set: big, theatrical, performance-first K-pop with a pirate crew at its heart, setting sail to find their treasure.

What looked like a strong rookie concept turned out to be chapter one of something much larger. The series gave the group their first chart-topping album at home with 'Treasure EP.Fin: All to Action', and it planted the storyline the fandom still reads today: two worlds, a crew that refuses to stop dancing, and the idea that the real treasure is the music itself.

Chapter two · 2020 to 2021

ZERO : FEVER series: the heat of the chase

If Treasure was about setting sail, Zero: Fever was about the heat of the chase. Across Part.1 through the Epilogue, the sound leaned harder and the visuals turned feverish, all desire, youth and momentum spilling over.

This was the era the numbers exploded. Multiple platinum and double-platinum certifications at home, and the group's first real run on the US charts. ATEEZ stopped being a rising rookie act and turned into a genuinely global name.

Chapter three · 2022 to 2023

THE WORLD series: the breakthrough

The World series was the payoff, in the story and on the charts. The liberation arc reached its peak, and the group's commercial reach grew to match.

'The World EP.2: Outlaw' earned ATEEZ their first top 10 on the UK Albums Chart, and 'The World EP.Fin: Will' became their first number one on the US Billboard 200. The pirates had taken the map, and a devoted fanbase became a stadium-sized one.

Chapter four · 2024 to now

GOLDEN HOUR series: the brightest hour

After the quest, the fire and the liberation, ATEEZ turned inward. Golden Hour is about the brightest, most fleeting moments of being young, the ones you only realise were golden once you are already living inside them.

The series opened with 'Work' in 2024, then moved through 'Ice on My Teeth', 'In Your Fantasy' and 'Adrenaline', each a different shade of that glow. Part.5 is the next of those moments, and you get to be in the room for it.

The title track is still under wraps, which is exactly why pre-order season is so much fun. You are buying into the moment before the reveal, not after it.
