📦 General Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
❌ International orders and pre-order items are not eligible for return or cancellation, except under the exceptions stated below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@soojib.com and confirm the return address with our team before sending back the item.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged
You receive the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution (refund or replacement).

Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item (if applicable). Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate new order for the replacement product.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize posting the refund.

What is a Pre-order?

Pre-order items are products not yet in stock but available for advance purchase.
These are made-to-order items.
The estimated shipping date is stated on each product page but may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

❌ Pre-orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once placed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:
- Delivery may take longer than standard orders.
- The order cannot be canceled or refunded after payment, except under the exceptions below.

✅ Exceptions (When Refunds Are Accepted):

The product arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
SOOJIB is unable to fulfill the order due to supplier or stock issues

⏳ Shipping Delays:

Delays may occur due to production or logistics issues.
Delays do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.
