Won Ji An’s Divorce Sets the Stage for a Charged Reunion With Park Seo Joon in JTBC’s “Surely Tomorrow”
JTBC’s upcoming romantic comedy “Surely Tomorrow” unveils new stills that hint at magnetic tension between Won Ji An and Park Seo Joon as former lovers whose paths collide again years after a painful breakup.
Park Seo Joon takes on the role of Lee Gyeong Do, a journalist doggedly pursuing a major affair scandal. Won Ji An plays Seo Ji Woo, the glamorous yet gutsy second daughter of fashion house Jarim Apparel—and the estranged wife at the heart of that very headline.
Having endured an arrogant, reckless husband, Ji Woo finally gains the freedom she’s long sought when his infidelity is exposed by a newspaper. She heads to the newsroom to say thank you—only to come face-to-face with her first love, Gyeong Do, under the most awkward circumstances imaginable.
The series traces their timeline: a swoon-worthy first love at 20, a rekindled flame at 28, a heartbreaking split—and now fate pulling them back into each other’s orbit.
