Jo Yoon Soo Becomes Ji Chang Wook’s Steel-Willed Ally In Disney+ Thriller “The Manipulated”
Jo Yoon Soo steps in as a formidable partner to Ji Chang Wook in Disney+’s new revenge thriller, The Manipulated, joining his perilous pursuit of justice.
The drama centers on Tae Joong (Ji Chang Wook), an ordinary man whose life is derailed when he is wrongfully imprisoned for a heinous crime. After uncovering that the entire ordeal was orchestrated by Yo Han (Do Kyung Soo), he launches a calculated mission to expose the truth and take back control.
Jo Yoon Soo portrays Noh Eun Bi, a pivotal ally molded by hardship—she lost her mother and grew up alone after her father’s imprisonment. Though cool and guarded on the surface, Eun Bi hides a tender, vulnerable core. Initially indifferent to Tae Joong, she becomes intrigued by his resolve and ultimately throws her weight behind his revenge, adding layered emotion and tension to the narrative.
The Manipulated premieres with four episodes on November 5, followed by two new episodes weekly for a 12-episode run.
