Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx as our courier services for all domestic and international orders.

Royal Mail: Primarily for UK orders and some international shipments
DHL & FedEx: Used for global shipments (FedEx mainly for the US & Canada, and selected European countries such as France and Germany)

🇬🇧 Shipping in the UK

Shipping cost:

UK TRACKED DELIVERY - £3.90
Lightstick - £4.90 (Standard) / £8.50 (Express)
BIG SIZE products - £5.90 (Standard)
Season's Greetings - £5.90 (Standard)

Please refer to the Estimated Shipping Start Date provided on each product detail page.
If you have pre-order items in your order, we'll ship everything once the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse.
There can be unexpected delays due to weather or customs clearance.
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1 PM are guaranteed same-day dispatch (*eligible items only, marked with 'same-day dispatch' tag on SOOJIB Business Day).
SOOJIB BUSINESS DAYS: Monday – Friday. (No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.)

⚠️ If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned, the order will be refunded without the delivery fee. Customers must place the order again.

🌍 Global Shipping

We provide international delivery through DHL and FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated per 0.5 kg unit. Heavier orders will incur additional fees based on the total parcel weight.

📍 Overseas Delivery Area & Duties

※ Import duties are not included in the overseas shipping cost.

Customs regulations vary by destination country.
Any applicable duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Additional charges may apply if exceeding the tax-free import thresholds.

⚠️ For international shipping, refunds are not available for reasons such as a change of mind or other customer-related causes.

However, if the product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement — only if supported by a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.
