• Lightstick - £4.90 (Standard) / £8.50 (Express)  
• BIG SIZE products - £5.90 (Standard)

Estimated delivery:

• Please refer to the Estimated Shipping Start Date provided on each product detail page. We try our best to dispatch products promptly upon their arrival at our UK warehouse.
• If you have pre-order items in your order, we'll ship everything once the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse.
• There can be unexpected delays due to international logistic issues, including weather or customs clearance. 
• Same-Day Dispatch: guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1 PM (* Only for eligible items with 'same-day dispatch' tag, available on SOOJIB Business Day)
• SOOJIB BUSINESS DAYS: Monday - Friday 
• Please note: we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays/ Public holidays
  
• If you put wrong shipping address which cause the return parcel, the order will be refund without delivery fee and need to order again.

🌐 International:

• Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, and more!
• Standard Shipping fee: £15

For international shipping, please note that we are unable to offer refunds. While we can assist in initiating inquiries with the shipping company to locate lost items, it is the customer's responsibility to engage with the carrier and facilitate the resolution process.
