The official Jungkook Lucky Draws for his recent solo release, GOLDEN, come with some important terms and conditions:

  1. Orders that include duplicates of the same photocard will be refunded or canceled.

  2. Please be aware that minor dents, scratches, or discoloration on the photocards will not be eligible for product exchanges.

  3. Any suspicious activity may lead to order cancellations without explanation.

  4. Customers are requested to film an unboxing video when receiving their order. This video can serve as proof in case there is a problem with an item received and will be required as evidence when making a refund or return claim.
