- Due to the nature of the sewing product, the shape of the face may be slightly different or the finish may not be clean in some parts, but this is not a defect and is not a reason for exchange/refund.
- For sewing products, there may be a size error during cutting or sewing (±1~2CM).
- Biodegradable packaging can be easily torn due to the nature of the material, and is not subject to exchange or refund.
- Scratches or damage to OPP, shrink wrapping film, or package to protect the product are not subject to exchange or return.
- Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches and scratches, but these are not defects.
- In the case of prints and printouts (photocards), except for portraits, dents, scratches, and press marks of 5 mm or less are not subject to exchange or return.
