Kim Hee Sun, Han Hye Jin, and Jin Seo Yeon Bridge Their 20s and 40s in “No Next Life”
TV CHOSUN’s upcoming comedy-drama No Next Life follows three women navigating the messy, meaningful middle of life. New stills spotlight parallel nights over drinks—one set in their carefree 20s, the other in their contemplative 40s—capturing how dreams evolve, friendships deepen, and reality reshapes what happiness looks like.
The series centers on three 41-year-olds balancing work, love, and family with equal parts heart and humor:
Kim Hee Sun plays Jo Na Jung, a once top-tier home shopping host who traded a six-figure career for stay-at-home motherhood with two sons.
Han Hye Jin is Gu Joo Young, an art center programming director who seems to have it all while privately facing fertility challenges with her asexual husband.
Jin Seo Yeon portrays Lee Il Li, a magazine editor who remains single yet steadfastly romantic about marriage.
The new images juxtapose time and tone: in 2011, the trio gathers at Il Li’s rooftop “Il Li’s Bar,” raising glasses with bright-eyed resolve; in the present, they share a quiet drink in a cozy living room scattered with children’s toys, reflecting on the twists of adulthood and the promises they kept—and the ones they let go.
No Next Life premieres on November 10 at 10 p.m. KST.
