SOOJIB's Returns Policy in the UK



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders and pre-order product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@soojib.com. Please check the final return address by email with us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards or sale item. We also do not accept returns for the items are opened and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@soojib.com.


Pre-order Refund & Cancellation Policy

🛒 What is a Pre-order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are made available for advance purchase. These items are made-to-order.

  • The estimated shipping date is clearly stated on each product page.

  • Please note that this date is subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

For pre-order items, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once the order has been placed, due to the made-to-order nature of these products.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • You understand that this is a pre-order product and that shipping may take longer than standard items.

  • You accept that once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, unless covered under the exceptions below.

✅ Exceptions (When Refunds Are Accepted)

We will offer a full refund or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • We are unable to fulfill the order due to supplier or stock issues

⏳ Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver all pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur. If delays happen, we will notify you via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
