►For the winner(s) of the video call event:

  1. A video call with ATEEZ member you chosen, approximately 2-3 minute per member.
  2. One randomly chosen album from your purchases will be signed by your chosen member. Please note that by participating, you agree to have your one album opened for the artist to sign.
  3. Among the winners, Sound-Wave randomly selects 8 people for a signed Polaroid photo by ATEEZ!





🤩 Event Application Guidelines:

※ 1 album or inclusions purchase = 1 video call entry. Participants must be born in 2010 or earlier. Anyone born in 2011 or later will not be eligible for the raffle.

※ Photocards/Albums are distributed based on the quantity purchased.

※ 📦 Scheduled Shipping Start Date: It usually takes 1-2 months after the event for us to receive the itmes from the supplier, followed by and additional 3 weeks to ship them from our office.

※ 🎥 Unboxing Video Required: To claim compensation for defective, damaged, or missing products, you must provide a continuous unboxing video (no pauses or edits) starting from the moment you hold the package. Minor spots or scratches on photocards or sealed albums are not eligible for compensation, as they may come like that from the organizers.

※ For winners: Detailed instructions for the video call will be provided later to the external raffle winners.

※ For winners: By participating, you agree to have your album opened and signed by the artist. If you purchase the inclusions-only version from SOOJIB and win both the internal and external raffle, you will still receive a signed album.

※ For winners: SOOJIB acts as an intermediary between the organizer and customers. We are not responsible if the organizer fails to ship the signed album to us.
